An Open Letter From The Desk of Peter Grandich
October 16, 2017
Good morning! As many of you know, it is a sincerely held belief of mine that the Judeo-Christian principles upon which our country was founded have historically made our nation great and a beacon of light for the world. However, it seems that in recent years, those principles seem to be increasingly cast aside. I do not believe I am alone in this sentiment. Trusting that is the case, I am committed to organizing a gathering with like-minded business owners and professionals, such as yourself, to strengthen our resolve to conduct ourselves, and our businesses, in line with those Judeo-Christian tenets and values truly responsible for making America great.
This organization would be for anyone who lives and/or works in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. I would expect that our gatherings would be every other month.
While such a group would not be considered a religious or networking club, it would be a place for men and women who:
- believe in high morals;
- are seeking guidance;
- are seeking relevance;
- seek personal validation in this confusing world; and
- seek the fellowship of others with a compatible view of the world to preserve and to conform their business principles to the standards that once were the backbone of the professionals and the small-to-mid-sized businesses that once prospered in America.
For now, I would like to host a gathering at my storefront office in Spring Lake to present my concept and moderate a discussion of those attending to create this organization.
This is just a simple outline to a thought that has been in my heart, and on my mind, which I believe is very much needed in today’s business environment. Although egos, politics and specific religious beliefs will be checked at the door, I would expect that this organization would arrange to have worthy speakers on topics that can help us in our business lives and can help us understand the craziness that has captured our society of late.
For now, just let me know if this concept is worthy enough for you to want to attend a short gathering to see what can come of this. Based upon your response, perhaps we can form this organization and collectively make a difference in our lives and in the lives depending on us professionally and socially.
