A former realtor I know for 20 years likes to joke when ever the topic of real estate comes up that it’s always a good time to buy real estate. Whether it’s a typical realtor or financial advisor, I’ve concluded that if you tossed them off the top of the Empire State Building, they would all say the same thing all the way down – “So far so good!”
With record low interest rates and a so-called improving economy, one would think it is indeed a good time to buy.
Yours truly asks, “Is it a good buy or a good-bye?”
This article fits my feeling about residential real estate. More listings with no real price increase smells of at least a top.
